Foundations Workshop
A practical training workshop covering how multi-GPU setups are organised, configured, and validated in a structured learning environment. Aimed at developers and operations staff who are new to cluster work. Includes guided exercises, reference sheets, and a sandbox walkthrough over two full days.
This is the right starting point for someone who understands the concepts at a high level but hasn't yet worked through the configuration process hands-on. The workshop doesn't require prior cluster experience — just familiarity with Linux environments and basic networking.

Applied Setup Programme
A deeper training programme that walks teams through configuring a representative cluster step by step, with practical labs and troubleshooting practice spread over several weeks. Suited to teams that have some background and are preparing to work with cluster environments in a production or near-production context.
Sessions cover more of the operational detail that the Foundations Workshop introduces at the surface level — including configuration edge cases, logging and monitoring setup, and multi-session troubleshooting practice.

Data Handling
Participant data is held in line with our privacy policy and not shared with third parties. Organisation data provided for on-site planning is treated as confidential.
Lab Verification
All lab environments are checked the day before each session. Configuration states are reset to a known baseline before participants arrive.
Materials Currency
Reference sheets and lab guides are reviewed before each cohort to confirm they reflect the current tooling and configuration approaches used in the exercises.
Cohort Size Management
Maximum cohort sizes are set and maintained. Sessions are not oversold. If a session is full, a waiting list is offered for the next available date.
Post-Session Debrief
Every session ends with a structured debrief and participant feedback form. Responses are reviewed and used to update programme delivery.
Clear Scope Agreements
For on-site engagements, what's included is agreed and documented before delivery begins. Scope changes go through a formal process.
